I am Kerry once again! All hail the New York Times! (and the directors of One Night Stand that corrected them)

Just call me "Kelly"
My whole life, people have mistakenly called me "Kelly". Now the NY Times can add their name to that list...
Another NY Times photo.... almost...
Just found out that another of my photos was featured in the NY Times recently - though this time, alas, no photo credit. You'd think they'd just have my name on file by now... :)
Though this is admittedly not the best photo ever, it does represent what I'm sure is a fantastic film. I did some photos for the 24 Hour Musicals a while back and my still photos are featured in a documentary that was made of the event - One Night Stand. The talented Elisabeth Sperling is co-director and the movie premieres at the New Fest TONIGHT! Check it out if you are in the city!

OceanCliff "I do's"
A few more photos from Katie and Mike's big day at the beautiful OceanCliff property in Newport, RI.
The fabulous Toby Morris shot the wedding "for real" but I couldn't help taking a few photos, too - but here's a news flash - it's really hard to try and photograph a wedding while taking care of a 20 month old with a broken leg. Thank you to my husband for chasing after her and giving her repeated rides in her "wedding wagon" while mommy snapped a few photos.
My favorite flower girl and my favorite husband:
Think Mike adores Katie? I think yes.
Sometimes flower girls have to get naked before the ceremony. It's a flower girl thing.

A destination wedding close to home...
Just got back from a GORGEOUS weekend in Newport, where I got to see my niece Katie marry her best friend! Although I was just a guest at the wedding, I couldn't help but take a few photos - it's an occupational hazard, I guess - put a photographer in a beautiful location and it's just torture NOT to.
I've only looked at a handful of the images so far, but I just wanted to post some right away... many more to come! Congrats, Katie and Mike - here's to a lifetime of happiness! Love you!

Three Ring Fun
Who knew that one could have so much fun in the parking lot of the Trumbull mall? Last Saturday, we took Lucy to the Cole Brothers Circus, which was setting up its big top tent just down the road. When your 19-month-old has a broken leg during the summer, you do things like take them to the circus and fulfill their (short lived) dream of seeing a live elephant. Miss Lu was totally enthralled from beginning to end and this photog-mom couldn't help but snap a few photos...
Priceless reaction to the elephant's entrance...
